Dude Let me tell you something. The leader of RHS, takadanama, once said in a certain indonesian forum, that even the raw of tekken chinmi legends is already available but it cannot be scanned because he is still looking for translator on that series. So the problem is absolutely not the raw. Let me give you simple advice, "be patient".

I know it says the schedule is irregular, but since the releases are already up to volume 7 and the last one released by you guys is the 5th volume's 1st chapter, I'm wondering if you dropped this series.

It's in the works. It's not a very high priority project, so releases are being delayed. We're working on it though, sorry for the inconvenience.

Lol, it's no inconvenience, I was just wondering if you had dropped it because of how long it has been since your last release, it being in listed as an active project could simply have meant that someone forgot to edit the main post, so I decided to ask.
Slow releases, be that as it may, means that a new chapter will eventually come out, so it isn't that bad, a real inconvenience would be if you had completely dropped it and there weren't anyone else to pick it up. Although, I would be lying if I said, I wouldn't like you to release it more often.

Anyways, thanks for clarifying this for me, and keep up the good work.
